Editorial policy
Submission and Evaluation
The journal regularly issues calls for papers via email, its website, and social media. Authors are encouraged to consult the Instructions for Authors before submitting their manuscripts. All submissions are initially assessed by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board, based on academic quality, relevance to the journal’s scope, and compliance with editorial guidelines. Manuscripts that meet these criteria are forwarded for peer review; others are returned to the authors.
Peer Review
All eligible submissions undergo a double-blind peer review, involving at least two independent experts from Romania or abroad. Reviewers assess manuscripts based on originality, scientific relevance, and contribution to the field. Based on their reports, submissions may be accepted, accepted with minor or major revisions, or rejected. The final decision rests with the Editorial Board.
Proofs
The corresponding author receives the final version of the manuscript in PDF format for proofreading. Corrections must be returned within 10 working days. Only minor corrections are permitted at this stage. Substantial changes are not allowed, except in exceptional cases (“Note added in proof”).
